Anyone who has had an hands-on experience with this knife or series? I just would like to know if it is comfortable to hold and use. I know that this brand gets their knives from different smiths and that it offers many different series of knives of different levels of quality.

Hi. I think I've seen a few videos on YouTube. A friend of mine has actually ordered the Santoku version of the knife and it's still in the post. I can take a look at it when it arrives and let you know what I think. Looking at the pictures, it seems to be a decent quality knife for the price. However, the most important thing is that it has to cut well )))
