I can't offer a direct solution, but you can try contacting Japanese Knife Imports to see if they will sell you just the saya. Their Gesshin Ginga 270mm Sujis come with the saya. You can also ask BluewayJapan on Ebay. He sells Ashi Gingas with the saya and may be able to sell just the saya alone.

You specifically need the ginga saya? Its a sakai laser so I’m confident majority of 270mm suji sayas you find online would suffice
Ichimonji Saya should work, since their white 2 is just Ashi Ginga
there are a lot of options in Amazon also - search for knife guard or knife saya
