Looking for a saya for an ashi Hamono laser 180mm petty. Anyone have one they don’t use? Is there a vendor somewhere that sells the sayas separately?
Thanks

Not Ashi Sayas

But Japanny/Seisuke has petty Sayas in stock right now. Ho and weird black.

The Togo place has Konosuke DIY pin hole sayas as well.

I'm in virtually the same situation - I'm looking for a saya for the Ashi Petty 150 :) I'm in Europe though. There is also a few other knives I want to get sayas for. Especially the Kurosaki gyuto is unusually shaped and it will be difficult to get an in-stock solution. So my options seem to be:

- Luck with finding a stock product after all

- Etsy has quite a lot of custom saya makers, which don't charge too much for simple products.

- It apparently isn't too hard to make one at home. The elaborate solution is with a chisel or a drill, which gives the nicest result but takes effort and a few tools.

- But there is a much simpler one: Should be very easy to do with laminate stacks, basically you only need a good cutting tool and something to finish the surface:
