Are you righty? If yes, what do you think of this? Made by Togashi and Tosa.

Depending on your budget, you might also contact a Sakai Takayuki or a Hitohira vendor in your area and ask them about a white-honyaki one (they're white-2 mizu-honyaki's made by Togashi).

Hi,
I have actually already discovered the Deba from Suisin. I already have five knives from Suisin and it's time for something different . Additionally, Suisin has switched to a laser signature, but for me it is absolutely necessary that it is a hand signature.
Sakai Takayuki and Hitohira, I have contacted them. Sakai Takayuki is no longer taking orders if I understood correctly, and I have been waiting for a response from Hitohira for 3 months now.
