lately been purchasing too many knives, needed to let go of some stones for more knives

This is a really surprising piece of stone, originally got it off auction only knowing the back side is useable, then one day decided to use hammer and chisel, took down about 3mm of the skin in the back and found this astonishing karasu. Now I use the karasu side more although the back side also provide great clean polish.
Flattened the karasu now and there are no more damps and harmful su

Did some more polishing and practiced a lot recently, got some new polishing results that looks much better in my opinion.

Bump and some more polish reference. Tbh, really liked this one, putting aside how clean the polish came out, just the karasu characteristics is beautiful like a piece of oilpaint.
