Here's a Shi-Han made of White 2, inside wrought iron. I just got it back from the maker, who modified the knife by moving the handle in a little closer to the blade on my request. A few forum members have tried this one out (prior to the modification) and they may want to attest to this knife's performance. I really like this one, but have the opportunity to get another knife I've wanted for quite a while so would like to replenish my knife slush fund.

Oh my ... that’s one sweet knife. My Shi-Han is one of my favourites and your specs are better than mine. I love White #2 steel as well. Holds an edge well and sharpens easily.
