I’ve got a true unicorn that I’m offering for sale.. what we have here is a 240mm Shigefusa Kitaeji Mioroshi Deba. Not much needs to be said for this knife as it’s a typical shig.. top notch fit and finish, and amazing performance while breaking down product. I bought this from another member here on the forum a couple of years ago and to be honest it’s the only one I’ve ever seen for sale. I’m letting it go because at my new spot I don’t do enough fish butchery to justify keeping it in my kit. The knife is not new and has been used a handful of times over the past few years.. with that being said it was just refreshed by Scott at “A Cut Above” and he did a fantastic job. I asked him to keep the patina and to just give the edge and it’s a touch up.. he certainly delivered as it’s sharp as **** at the moment. Comes with the original blue box and a spec sheet that the previous owner put together.
