Seller's description:
Little nimble gyuto forged and sharpened by Shigeki Tanaka. His grinds and steel treatment are phenomenal.
The knife is in perfect condition with light signs of use, sharpened twice (great edge still on).
Ginsan stainless steel, high HRC, western pakkawood handle.
I've eased and polished the spine and choil which are a bit rough on these models.
Measurements:
Length 185 mm
Heel 46.1 mm
Thick. @ spine 2,9 mm @ mid 1,9 mm @ tip 0,8

Arrived, thanks! Interesting that the kanji is on the left, not sure if it means the grind is supposed to be for lefty?

Anyway (just taking notes for my own sake) I convexed the edge with SG500 SG2000 SG16000 to act as sharpie, then reground the bevel from 12ºL 30ºR to 15ºL 18ºR. There is a reflective 16000 along most of the bevel but it becomes 2000 at the microbevel around 20º.

Glad arrived fast and safe!
I'm a righty and never felt a lefty grind to be honest, same grind I have on other Tanakas.
