Havent tried them myself but know plenty of people who have and like them a lot! Good value for money and good starter knives!

I saw "labor of love" has a Shiro Kamo AS on BST. Maybe ask him nicely :)

Thanks guy, after having read several reviews i bought my first Shiro Kamo Aogami Bunka 175mm

I hope my my expectations were fully met!

Sorry for responding late...But yeah Ive been using a Shiro Kamo gyuto in AS for about 3-4 weeks. Is there any questions in particular you would like to know? Its a very thin behind the edge knife ootb especially at the tip. My gyuto is taller than most at the heel (53-54mm) with what appears to be a longer flat spot than most which is why I was interested in it. The heat treat is fine and the handles feel and look identical to those that come with takedas.
