Selling one of my first knives I bought when I started getting into Chef’s Knives.
This is a Soul Built 8” Gyuto in VG-10 Damascus. This knife is a razor and quite a pleasure to use. I had @porter_customs make a beautiful WA handle for it and it just made the knife pop in my humble opinion. This is a great knife that will last for years for anyone who wants to start getting into this addiction of ours…. LOL
Handle is African Ebony with a silver spacer and Ironwood.
