Jumping on the spring cleaning trend here. Some knives that I’ve loved and used in professional kitchens, but now it’s time for them to get some more board time elsewhere. Prices include shipping con-US. These have all been used and sharpened, and hopefully are priced accordingly.

Sold Mazaki White #2 180mm Bunka — $140 Sold

Toyama SS Clad Blue#2 180mm Nakiri — $265 shipped. Replaced the handle at Portland Knife House. Comes w/ box, original D handle (which is basically new), and saya.

Konosuke GS+ SLD 150mm Petty — withdrawn

MSicard 52100 240mm Gyuto — SOLD for $140

Watanabe 240 SS clad Blue#2 with box for $285 shipped

Toyama 270mm SS clad Blue#2 Gyuto w/ custom handle and saya for $450 shipped

Take $25 off to bundle any two and an additional $20 off each additional knife if you’re interested in multiples.

Thanks for looking!

Here’s the 270 Toyama and the 240 Wat (which was already posted in its own thread). I have a box for the Watanabe 240 but not the Toyama 270.

How is it that I can be on this site 24/7 and then the second i look away, a fellow Oregonian, OF ALL PEOPLE, sells an MSicard 240 for $140 😭
It went super fast. It was a really early piece of his, no maker's mark, but a great performer all around. I'm sorry you missed this one but when you do pick one of his knives up I don't think you'll regret it.
