Hello all,

Looking for another 240mm stainless gyuto that I'd likely use for a bit and then gift to a friend.

Especially interested in SG2 > SKD > other stainless/semi-stainless

Interested in trying Myojin's SG2 offering, but also open to all offers.

Probably less picky about this compared to other knives I buy as I'll likely be passing it along
