Looking to sell my Sukenari yxr7 240 gyuto and a Tojiro sink bridge. Knive is used a few times and sharpened once and the sink bridge is great, however I prefer to sharpen on my lower work bench. Will ship overnight to conus 400 all in.
The knife is from K&S and the bridge is from not to be named.

I have a 210 petty in yxr7 (Sukenari also), I really dig it. If I ever return to professional cooking it would make a mighty fine line knife.
