Hi folks. It's again time to let go of some knives to make room for incoming purchases. Prices include PP and shipping CONUS. International, will pay for initial $15.

1. Shihan 210 52110 stainless clad gyuto with burnt Ash wa handle. (SOLD)

Length: 211 mm
Height: 52 mm
Weight: 181 gm
Spine thickness at heel: 3.3 mm

Description:
OG 52100, stainless clad with OG grind. Profile is a nice and tall proper gyuto with K-tip for looks. Has that beautiful cloudy cladding. Comes with matching ash edge guard that he doesn't make anymore. Will not be disappointed if this doesn't sell. Second owner, sharpened once by me but if I remember correctly, first owner didn't sharpen it. Very light use because of other Shihan knives. Caught a tiny stray scratch in one spot near the edge when I sharpened it because I'm a fool. Tiny, but I want to be transparent and included a pic of it. Better sharpeners can erase it quickly for sure.

Price: $500

Length: 253 mm

Thickness at heel: 2.65 mm

Description: Nothing more to say except I found it too long for me. Never used. Still in bubble wrap.

Price: $475

3. Tanaka Kyuzo 240 Extra Height Blue 1 with Ziricote and horn Wa handle (SOLD)

Length: 235 mm
Height: 57.6 mm
Weight: 176 gm
Width at heel: 1.80 mm

Description: Lightly used for test cuts and one dinner prep. This is a laser like no other. Would've liked to keep it and put- off selling it even if it wasn't being used often. I got this last year from Tetogi and got hit by the rare custom duty from DHL. $640 total.

Price: $575

4. Komorebi 210 B1 Damascus gyuto with Ebony and horn ferrule wa handle (BNIB)

Height: 53.3 mm
Length: 218 mm
Weight: 195 gm
Width at heel: 3.05 mm

Description: This was bought at a discount so I'm passing it on. This is the version with the Ebony and real horn and not the Wenge with faux horn so was a bit more expensive. Really nice handle. I kept this because I love the tall profile(very similar to the Shihan listed above). Never got to use it and the lacquer can still be seen. Haven't seen it restocked in a while at this price.

Price: $380

5. Yu Kurosaki 210 Senko Ei R2/SG2 gyuto with wenge and horn wa handle (SOLD)

Length: 215 mm
Height: 49.55 mm

Width at heel: 2.02 mm

Description: Barely used. Just test cuts.
Would prioritize the buyer of this knife if he wants the Shihan as well.

Price drop and Friday bump for the last remaining knife in this bunch. The Komorebi line have had some good reviews on here in the past. This one was for a B2:

At present price, a shop is offering something similar but WITHOUT a handle.
