Selling this wonderful knife. Takada No Hamono Suiboku White 1 240mm gyuto from Tsubaya. I've got a nice collection of TnH now, so this one is going.
Some awesome patina starting on it, though there is a tiny little spot at pinch grip from my grubby fingers that is a little pitting mark, but otherwise flawless blade. Sharpens really easily - the White 1 is crisp and clean. Balance point at the TnH logo, forward balance on this with the light Ho wood handle.
