Anyone wanting to try Takeda’s legendary cutting ability should give this knife a try. I have one in my collection and love it. Was the winner of the “Naughty Schoolboy” great potato slap down until displaced by a Takeda Nakiri. The AS series are getting hard to find and IMO the knife is priced right.
