Integral mini santoku in my own pattern welded steel mixture of spicy white / Hitachi blue and 15n20 ( not stainless )
Specs :
Edge length : 120mm
Height at the heel : 44mm
Spine thickness: 3.7mm above the heel , 2mm midway , .9mm a cm before the edge
Weight: 150 grams
Handle : Semi Octagonal Arizona Ironwood
grind : Suitable for both right and left handed users
Only owner. Not sharpened or stropped. Used on garlic, shallots and little cucumbers. Note the slight mark on the handle (noticed it after it arrived)
Paid $420. Looking for $330 shipped conus (won't be sad if this doesn't sell to be honest).

Thought I wanted this but enjoying the bearclaw from blokey recently and don't want to start on using this. Probably will just get a folder next.
