This is one of the most trusty knives I’ve added to my collection over the last year. It has cut many a limes and tomatoes in its life. I’ve sharpened it a couple times on a 6k whetstone then polished on a leather strop.
I’m selling this as I have a stainless Nakiri that I use in place of this more than not lately. Otherwise, it is a beautiful little petty.
