S. Tanaka Ginsan 156x35mm
Ginsan with Stainless Cladding
I upgraded to a Myojin petty, so letting this one go. I've had it for a while but never sharpened beyond the initial sharpen out of the box. It's only been used minimally as a fruit knife in my home. I fully rounded/polished the spine and choils and also refinished the wenge/horn handle so that it doesn't feel as plastic-y. It's thin and works great. Some "patina" on the cladding, and the marks that look like scratches I think are also patina. A wipe with BKF should take it off.
$150 shipped & fully insured within US (no international at this time)
