I’m putting this gyuto up for trade, it is a hitohira Tanaka Kyuzo in Vintage Swedish Carbon steel, Migaki finish, and a ziricote handle.
Dimensions: 240mm X 50mm
Condition: BNIB

I would like to pick up a konosuke Fujiyama kaiju ideally,or yanick honyaki but also open to offers for a unicorn. Preferably something new.

No that one was from miura, not a hitohira/kyuzo. No sharpener listed for that one

I think it’s the one that strata sold, but who knows how many times it’s changed hands along the way. And trade value =/= equal sale value anyways. Kaiju sold for sub $700 I think first go around.

Tanakas togo is really great steel and not something that’s findable. Unicorn status for many certainly. Hope you find what you’re looking for!
