Im selling the gyuto since ive come to the conclusion that i really would prefer a stainless gyuto for my daily use and since I'm still on merts list i will actually just get the same exact knife(profile, grind , handle shape) just in a PM steel once my turn comes up in the next few months.
The profile of the knife is the masamoto KS with merts western handle.
i paid 1250 for the knife new and only selling at this price since the knife has some light patina from cutting cabbage the few times I've used the knife and since I've sharpened it once and did not want the hassle of sending it back to mert for a refinish of the blade.
