Bought direct from TF, this is a great sample.

Used a few times never sharpened, tiniest tip of the knife missing.

Very disappointed I cant keep this knife but my chemical sensitivities wont let me

I have his 180 mab gyuto as well, albeit in yo handle.

Perfect TF knife. Good height, reasonable price, famous look and heat treat. Perfect size for the home cutting board and grocery store ingredients. Not the most durable steel but it sharpens in a snap and is a pleasure to use.

It’s my most reached for knife.

Sweet knife, the height and weight make it feel more like a 210 in use. Wish I could keep it.

I'd like to say, this 184cm edge and 48cm height don't look as much in the pictures. I mean what is it, a 20cm tall handle on that?

Otherwise, that I'd grab it instantly was I ConUS.
