Selling a Tetsujin Santoku purchased from Tokushu With the KKF discount and Handle Paid 304. 30 for the knife. It has never been sharpened and has only been used a few times.
I was able to obtain a Tetsujin Nakiri shortly after this purchase last year and the square has been my main for small meal prep duty since then. the knife was Tsubaki oiled and stored in a dry cabinet... in the event the Nakiri/kagekiyo b1 gets worn out and I need a small beater again.
