WTB Tetsujin Gyuto 270 blue 2

recently starting to like longer knives, and already like heel heights at 5.5+. So I’m looking for the 270 version.
Wanted to try a tetsujin for some time. preferable not too much use/Sharpening. also preferable in the EU because of fee and high shipping costs. But I recently made good experience buying from US.

I'm in for big knives as well especially high heel ones. I happen to have a 300x60 tetsujin but maybe it's too big lol.

Thanks! But yes, looking for 270. i think I’m not ready yet for 300.

I have always loved taller knives. Length I always flip flopped with. I have never used a 270-300 gyuto though.

These are Sakai size, so 270 would actually be in the 250-260 blade length range. Which is then quite similar to a 240 Western
