Got this from Knives and Stones on the recent restock a couple of weeks ago. I’m usually a kuro-uchi finish kind of guy but this was so gorgeous I wanted to pick it up.
After pondering for a while, decided it’s too pretty for me to actually use and I only keep users.
Looking to get what I put into it, which was a little over $600 after taxes (I live in NY, like the retailer) so asking $615 — SOLD for $565
This has cut nothing, not even paper. Blade still has the wax coating on it. Looks infinitely better in person vs my photos. Grind is looks wonderful too for those willing to use this beauty.
