Selling a very nicely cleaned up example of a TF Denka in 210 gyuto variety. Western handle. Purchased from District, flattened bevels without any low spots and really nice profile and geo on it. Excellent cutter. Selling because I have 3 other Denkas with custom handles so will stick to those, though this size and spec is quite nice. This has a great cladding line (see photos, straight) and handle is really good for TF standard work. No issues, great blade, fair price.
