Selling this yo Denka, basically bnib except for a few tests cuts. I went on a Denka buying spree so you may see more denkas come up as I search for my preferred length. This one has a nice forward balance which I am learning is hard to come by with denkas. 275x57, 289g

Congrats! The 270 TF is one of those spot-on knives, that are just right! Like the 240mm Takeda or the 180 Wat nakiri…
 
I just came here to say that I can't believe I passed on this one.

"I don't need a gyuto that big. I'll let someone else have it", I said to myself upon first seeing the ad.

What is wrong with me? :)
