Raquin 235x50 Gyuto - 26C3 with XC10 Cladding - Trade for another Raquin - Sole owner. Used in Home environment. Has not touched a stone. Looking for something just slightly shorter (220-225) as I just enjoy slightly smaller. May be open to the other spectrum of a Suji + top up if needed etc.
