Hi all, I've got a gyuto from Rob up for sale today. It had a blue 2 core with damascus cladding and is one of the coolest knife ls from him I've ever owned. It weighs 195g and is just shy of 50mm tall amljd 218mm long. Unfortunately it's too nice and I don't ever use it. I believe I'm the third owner and will attach the thread in got it from. I paid $1200 plus a knife worth $150 so I'm all in on it for $1350. I'd like tonget that back for it shipped conus pp g&s. Service fee less methods we can discuss. I've only used it very lightly 3 times and haven't sharpened it. Its in great condition and has beautiful cladding, the only thing to note is the tip is very very slightly bent from probably catching on something. I'll try to capture it in pictures.
