Am hoping to check a few knives off my list. Looking for 230-250mm edge gyutos, and not fussed whether new or gently used.

Bidinger: Asymetrical or compound grinds in 230-250 gyuto.

The9: Any gyuto with preference towards larger and heavier specimens.

I have some westerns to trade as well, but mostly Japanese stuff. Would be happy to trade or buy the above, thanks all!
