As great as this knife is, it just hasn’t seen the use it was intended for. With my job change, I’m barely using Any knives at all. This one has probably seen a combined use of about 2 hours. Core steel has some minor rainbow patina going, as I tried to show in the pics.

If on the fence with this one, I’d really recommend trying these. If not this one, perhaps one down the road. Lots of wonderful finishing touches, backed by fantastic performance, really makes these a great value.

Handle is blonde buffalo and ebony.

I believe I still have the original box, but I’ll need to double check.

Knife is sold.

A gent had asked who the sharpener was for this one. Thought this would be of interest. The sharper is Kenya Togashi, Kenji’s son. Fun fact.
