The Tojiro Pro 15cm petty is my latest purchase. It's sharp and the 18/8 stainless handle also looks /feels good. Unfortunately I chipped it on the tip buy cutting oranges 
The $65 Tasmania blackwood board ( 40cm x 31cm x 4.2cm) from the bay is another good buy in my given I can't get the BOO's maple board easily in OZ.

vous avez cassé votre couteau pendant trancher les oranges ? Checking if your a Quebecers lol. I can't tell if it's serious damage or not. Anyways fixing it is easy go to Canadian tire and get 800/1500 grit sandpaper something fine and reshape it coming from the back of the knife. Try and avoid doing any work to the front. I broke my gyutos tip a while ago 30 minutes work and she was good as new, minus the missing 2mm of blade haha. I think this fix costs $4-$7 at Canadian tire or wal-Mart. I also found coloring in the part I wanted to shave away in sharpie helped.
