Antique Shohonyama Kan
This stone is very old and has hand sawn sides. It has a cloudy surface effect under a kan pattern, both of which point towards Nakayama. It certainly feels luxurious in use, and the color will get more kiita-like over time as you get closer to the orange underside. Hard, fast, and fine, this piece is an ideal finisher for superfine polishes, and can also finish a razor with ease. This one is really hard to let go, but someone else needs to enjoy this gorgeous collectors piece. The su holes don’t affect the polish whatsoever, and the slurry pic is an atoma raised slurry.

Antique Awasedo
This is another very old stone with hand sawn sides. It’s extremely pure, hard, fast, and fine. I’m not sure what the kanji say on the underside, but they look hand painted. Much like the other antique piece here, when polishing a knife the sky is the limit. Can sharpen a razor with ease as well. The slurry pic is an atoma generated slurry.

Kiita Iromono
A full size chunky piece of brownish yellow kiita with a lot of red coming up as seen from the sides. Medium hardness with a medium fine polish. Its grit richness makes it fast and a beautiful workhorse. Pictures are from before it was sealed. The slurry pic is an atoma generated slurry, but is does self slurry a bit.

A beautiful koppa that is so incredibly easy to use on razors, and gives a great polish on knives too with slurry. It feels like velvet under the blade with slurry. Hard, fine, and very grit rich.
