Hi All - I'm new here but hoping to learn from those who have been in the 'knife game' for longer than I have. Specifically, does Toyama have a sort of quality hierarchy for his knives in the way that, say Fujiwara does? I notice that some knives are marked 'Noboriko' and others 'Dama' and some aren't. I have two that are marked Dama, a 210 nakiri and a 210 gyuto. Both are incredible cutters - big and powerful but not ponderous - definitely not lasers but they're some of my favorites.

Anyway, any insights would be most appreciated and thanks to all in advance.
