Yoshimi Kato R2/SG2 Damascus 217x47mm Gyuto. I've had this less than a week but when I received it, the combination of the acid etching and grind marks made the knife incredibly abrasive. I got frustrated and polished it out. This is by no means a mirror/perfect polish but it does shine. Knife flies through food now. Handle is comfortable but it came with some very minor rough marks on one side of one pin which I tried to capture in the photos. I thought I might keep this one but it was supplanted by another knife. Paid $495. Asking $350 $325 due to polishing and damage to pin. SOLD
