210 Toyama nakiri. 210x65 blue 2 core, 248 grams. Insane cutter, love the height and length… I just don’t like stainless/stainless clad knives. I’m a hopeless patina addict. If this was an iron clad I’d definitely keep it. It has been sharpened once because the person I picked this up from added asymmetrical microbevel a on it and so I went over them a bit to make them more even. Picked this up recently for 380, letting it go for 350 shipped US
DP petty? Baby gyuto? Anyways… wrought clad with I believe boiler steel as the core. 167x58 and I believe it weighs about 180 grams. Will update these specs as it’s off the top of my head (at work and knife is at home) so I’ll update this post soon. suuuper fun little knife, only been used a few times and stropped once. Love this thing, but I have other knives I use more and I have a few coming in so it needs to move. I got this from Dan for 350 and will let it go for 330 shipped US.
