SOLD Toyama SS 210mm Blue #2 Nakiri

Hi,

Looking to trade my Toyama SS-clad Blue #2 Nakiri. Specs are 210mm x 65mm, 248g. Some light scratches from previous owner(s), only been used twice by myself, hasn’t been sharpened at all by myself. Overall great condition. Blonde horn ferrule, ho wood handle, beautiful classy spec. Knife will come unsharpened, but I can touch it up on naturals if you’d like.

This is a gorgeous knife, great F&F, and amazing cutting due to the weight and geometry. It’s just not for me. I would prefer more height instead of the length. Guess I’m just a cleaver guy.

Looking to trade for now - may open this up for sale later if no bites. Willing to trade up or down, but prefer up. I’m putting trade value at $340. I’m keeping trade options pretty wide, there’s a lot I’d like to try. General specs I’d like are WP/WH grinds, preferably less than 240mm, and iron/carbon clad. If you like rectangles… this one is insane. I had this one for a small amount of time, but I just love patina too much for a stainless/stainless clad knife. This thing is such a good cutter and the extra height at the heel makes it so easy to use. If this was an iron clad I never would have let it go.
