Tsubaya Knife Identification

In 2017 was traveling in japan and went to a knife store. Was looking for a "damascus" shirogami gyuto. Was given this and bought it. No idea what i was buying. Now scrolling through kkf for a bit, it has me curious for more details. i think i paid ball park 200-300usd for it.

I know its a 210 blue 2 gyuto from the box.... and from tsubaya from the engraved kanji..... and thats about it. Dont see any makers mark.

Any ideas on the blacksmith? Sharpener? any other details?

I tried combing old tsubaya listing and their website but nothing seems to match. Maybe my google fu is lacking.
