Tsukasa Hinoura River Jump & Hattori KD - Unicorn Petty Sale

SOLD - Tsukasa Hinoura River Jump aka ”Ryusui Tobi-Mon" 「流水飛紋」 150mm wa-Petty
The handle is ancient bog oak and marble horn, and saya sugi with a light touch of the shou sugi ban technique… both are by both by Nick @common_trade and he recreated the semi-octagonal (heart shaped) handle for which many Hinoura knives are known.

SPF - Hattori KD 135mm Petty
This is the 80 year anniversary “SAN” version and has a custom ebony saya for by @mingsayas
There are some faint marring on a small portion of the cladding from sliding into the saya, only visible at certain angles with specific lighting, I’ll try to capture in pictures for full disclosure.

Both knives come with custom saya, and kiri box.

Asking $3000 USD for the set, with shipping/tracking included (likely DHL). Prefer to sell as a set but will consider splitting them up, discount also available if purchased with other items I have on BST:

Hinoura SOLD and on the way to the new owner via DHL. KD and other items not formally spoken for.

With the Hinoura and other expensive BST listings I offer a 0% financing / “payment plan” where partial payments are split over an agreed timeframe (such as monthly, biweekly payday, etc.) for whatever reason (the post-Xmas budget is a little strained, don’t want the wife to see big expenses lol, etc).

Lol that’s how I buy expensive knives on here. My mind plays a trick on me so I don’t feel like I’m spending $1,500 on a piece of not precious metal…
