Selling some pieces that I just don’t reach for anymore

Two sticks forge SS clad AS gyuto
245x54
218gs

Really nice and balanced knife. Very ideal mid-weight geometry and grind, nice taper too. I love these aggressive bullnose style knifes but I’m gravitating away from 240s and only keeping the ones I can never let go of. I’m the second owner of this one, bought it, used it in a professional setting for about a year or so, decided to recently thin it out a bit. I believe I finished the bevels on a 1k synth, they’re not perfect but they are consistent. Not sure of the handle material but it’s super comfy, also nicely tapered. Comes with a simple saya that I somehow managed to get tumeric onto at work. Really no idea when or how but it should come out with a sanding and oil session. The wood is something simple and cheap but the pin and hole are really nicely done. Overall the knife has been used, and loved, but it’s time to move on.

Bought this for 325+ shipping from EU

Moritaka honesuki

Second owner of this one. Used it maybe 2-3 times, sharpened once. Recently removed all the patina/the finish it came with by giving it a cho800 finish. Bevels are flat and ready to rock. Really nice horn ferrule too. This is a thick boy, flies through bone joints with ease, but these days I prefer to use a petty and a good pair of scissors to take apart birds.

Asking $120 shipped conus

Munetoshi petty

Second owner. Not much to say about this one. Knife has been tipped, fixed, sharpened, thinned, polished, all of it. Bought it for 100$, used frequently and wound up becoming a polishing practice knife. Fun little prep beast, although super reactive. I’ve been tempted to give it a coffee bath before but never got around to it.

Anyway, it’s yours for 75$ shipped conus

If anyone has a like new 180mm stainless Ashi ginga western petty that they would want to include in any sort of trade cash +/- situation do let me know

Let me know if there are any questions and thanks for looking!
