Ultra soft stone. Dense feeling still somehow. Like 93% stone, 7% iron abraded in slurry. Great on medium hard irons where it will leave no scratches with tons of contrast showing banding, and dark iron. But it leave a really really dark but scratchy kasumi on softer irons. Is so darn soft. Omg is this stone soft. Place it. Move it. No pressure. It still cuts and sandblasts, it oozes. Softest stone I've ever used, even compared to aoto
Comes with old box. Stone has stamp on one side.
