Pretty cool set here for sale. NOS carbone K Sab (Sabatier K Garanti - Acier Fondu) nogent. Mid-century vintage, 1950 - 1960. Never used and near mint condition for knives of this age. Some dings in the wood of the handle, maybe a minor blemish or scratch here or there, but very, very nice condition. The chef knife is listed at 8" and the parer is listed at 3". Purchased directly from Coutellerie Sabatier Ainé & Perrier (see parer listing and chef listing here). I paid $167.11 for the set with shipping but I don't think I have the finesse for these guys, want to pass them along to more skillful hands. Note that these are nogent style so they are quite light and nimble.
Asking$155 now $135 now $115 all in, shipped and insured CONUS, paypal g&s. No box but I will oil the blades with mineral oil and use blade guards for shipping.
