WTS Vintage Chef Knife Sale

It’s time to thin my vintage herd a little. Happy to give my KKF brethren first dibs before putting them up on eBay. All prices are inclusive of CONUS shipping, fees, and a fresh edge. I did minimal work on this knife. It’s in pretty original condition, considering it’s age. It has asymmetrical geometry (flat on left side, convex on right). Bolster is ground down to the sharpening angle.

Profile appears near identical to new aside from my correcting a small hole in the edge in the back third of the blade road. Almost no height lost at heel, the chamfer at the bottom of the bolster is still visible.

Handle stamp still has some original silver coloring, it was sanded lightly and small gaps filled with beeswax. Really nice distal taper and tapered tang.

Quite original condition. Just cleaned up the faces with flitz and put a new bevel on it.

This knife is in near original condition. I did very little work on this one, just cleaned it with flitz, ground down the bolster a bit, and put a fresh edge on it. Profile appears near identical to new.

The bevels have been thinned (not overly so) and polished. Thinning was done on stones, the bevels are free of low spots and pitting, then polished up with a sandpaper progression. Faces cleaned up minimally. Handle scales were lightly sanded. Stamp is indicative of earlier examples of these knives, as far as I can tell. Has not been used since being refinished.
