Found this this morning on reddit. Ignoring the giant crack in the blade about an inch from the heel.... is that handle and bolster solid brass?????? If so I've never seen that on a kitchen knife.

Hoffritz was established in 1930s in New York. They were importer, retailer, and wholesalers of a wide range of cutlery products including knives, razors, and scissors. Most of their products came from the better quality makers mostly in Italy, Germany, and France.

This knife is produced from Caslino and Maniago region of Italy with the patent # 132127.

It has the blade fabricated from the fine stainless steel. The handle is very solid made from solid brass for durability, strength, and balance.

It has the good condition.
