Tokushu has handles on offer from many makers and will install any they sell. Zach does good stuff.

It's also quite easy to do yourself. Knives&Stones has some good videos to show you how. Just need a mini file set and hair dryer, though a Dremel and heat gun are extremely helpful and really make it a breeze.
