I'm selling this Wakui 240mm migaki stainless-clad white/shirogami 2 gyuto. I purchased this knife last autumn but it now sees little use and spent most of the last few months hanging out on my knife block. I used it a fair amount when I first purchased it, maybe around 20-35 times used in home kitchen. I was really impressed with it and have enjoyed it a lot, but I reach for other knives on my block more. Sharpened once or twice. Great feel on the stones, great on the boards. Excellent value knife. Ah man, can we start a campaign to include the US and Canada in the same customs union with the EU? The extra shipping of goods between the two continents would hopefully also decrease shipping costs. That way, the hurdle on shipping this to my place would be reduced...
