I understand the first owner thought the knife was a bit wedgy OOTB so he thinned it a bit to make it cut better.
I have used it as a reference (benchmark) knife to test against other nakiris. Never actually prepared any meals with it.
It has the upgraded ho wood handle from Mr. Watanabe.
