SOLD Watanabe Pro Nakiri 180mm B2 Custom Handle

The time has come (the walrus said) to reduce the size of my collection!
So rather than create it an unwieldy post I will list them all separately. Easier to keep track of what's available etc.

First up Watanabe Pro Nakiri 180mm Blue #2 with Custom Handle and saya.

This is the best nakiri I ever tried so I bought one. Then I never used it! The previous owner (well known forum member) might have used it once or twice as far as I know. It's never been sharpened or stropped by him or me.
Has a beautiful Maple Burl/Mammoth tooth handle (forgot the maker) and a saya made by Sinichi just for this knife.

Pretty sure all Wat Pros are Blue #2? At least that’s what Shinichi told me the core steel is.

In any case, amazing knives. I love mine to death.
