What to do in Miami, FL?

Will be in Miami for a full week next week. Found this old thread, but didn't want to resurrect it from the dead because it's so old...

But still, what to do in Miami beside some of the obvious stuff? What's a go-to place I should definitely NOT miss? Not talking crazy expensive restaurants, but smth authentic with great food (can be any cuisine).

Might want to try the new Zaytinya that opened there a couple months ago. Our own ChefCosta spent a bit of time on the prep/ opening and still watches over them.

I used to work for the New World Symphony in Miami Beach. Great organization, great building. Worth checking out. They have some free stuff during the week next week. Ticketed concert on Saturday the 20th. Cool show blending the music of Tchaikovsky and Drake. If that interests you I could probably get you a ticket (I’m friends with the conductor).
