I know we talk alot about Japanese knife makers, the obvious German power players and the Americans/Canadians throwing out some quality knives, but there has to be some more from around the globe.
Are there any distinguishable makers in South America, Spain, Norway, or Eastern Europe?
Anyone who has been there, lived there, or cooked in different places I would be curious to see what else is out there in terms of steel, shape and craftsmanship. Any standout names? Or better yet, pics?
